Funding has been secured from DLDC to run the following courses in October;
TOUCH TYPING COURSE
This course is designed to provide an opportunity to master the skills of entering alphabetic, numeric and symbolic information on a keyboard. Upon completion of the course participants will be able to;
* Touch-type using all fingers
* Touch-type at greater speed
* Touch-type with a greater degree of accuracy
* Touch-type using the key pad and the number pad

START YOUR OWN FOOD BUSINESS COURSE (COMMENCED)
This practical course will give you a good background on all the things you need to consider when starting a food business. This course will focus on Food and Food Tourism businesses.
It is suitable to people who may be considering opening a restaurant or a B&B. It would also suit people thinking of doing home baking or making better use of their gardens/farms.
The core topics of Market Research, Finance, Funding and Business Registration will be covered.
These four workshops will run on the following dates and times;
(1) Tuesday 21st Sepember from 10am - 1pm
(2) Tuesday 28th September from 10am - 1pm
(3) Tuesday 5th October from 10am - 1pm
(4) Tuesday 12th October from 10am - 1pm
